Meet the Revvi 16” XL — the bigger brother to the Revvi 16” and 16” Plus.

Designed for riders aged 6 years and above, the 16” XL takes a significant step up in performance with a 24V 600W brushless hub motor, larger-capacity battery and upgraded suspension and braking.

With three selectable speed modes reaching up to 17.5 MPH, front and rear suspension, hydraulic disc brakes and aggressive 16” pneumatic tyres, the 16” XL is built for riders who are ready for more performance and more challenging off-road riding.

Despite its larger size and increased performance, the aluminium frame keeps the bike relatively lightweight at 17.4kg, making it manageable for young riders.

The 16” XL gives riders three different speed settings, allowing the bike’s performance to be matched to their confidence and experience.

🐌 Slow — 9.3 MPH

A more manageable setting for riders getting used to the bike and developing their throttle control.

⚡ Medium — 13.5 MPH

For riders who are becoming more confident and want a little more performance.

🚀 Fast — 17.5 MPH

For experienced riders who are comfortable with the bike and ready to make full use of its performance.

Always use the speed setting appropriate to the rider’s ability, and supervise children while riding.

🛞 What’s Different About The 16” XL?

The 16” XL sits above the standard 16” and 16” Plus, offering a substantial increase in performance and chassis capability.

⚡ 600W Brushless Hub Motor

The 600W brushless hub motor provides considerably more power than the 250W motor used in the standard 16” and 16” Plus.

🛞 Front & Rear Suspension

The XL features front suspension forks and a rear coil shock, with suspension travel designed to help absorb bumps and uneven terrain.

🛑 Hydraulic Disc Brakes

Powerful front and rear hydraulic disc brakes provide strong and controlled stopping performance.

🔋 5Ah Lithium-Ion Battery

The removable 24V 5Ah battery provides approximately 35–70 minutes of continuous riding, depending on the selected speed and riding conditions.

🏁 17.5 MPH Top Speed

With three selectable speed modes, the XL can reach a manufacturer-rated 17.5 MPH in its highest setting.

The Revvi 16” XL comes supplied with a 24V 5Ah lithium-ion battery.

Approximate continuous riding times:

🐌 Slow — up to 1hr 10min

⚡ Medium — up to 45min

🚀 Fast — up to 35min

Actual riding time will vary depending on speed setting, rider weight, terrain, riding style and conditions.

Charging time is approximately 2 hours 50 minutes.

The battery is removable, making charging more convenient and allowing additional batteries to be purchased if required.

⚠️ Important Information – Off-Road Use

All vehicles supplied by CMW Bikes are intended for off-road/private land use only, unless specifically stated otherwise.

These are mechanical vehicles which require routine maintenance, inspection and mechanical understanding.

Customers are responsible for ensuring vehicles are assembled correctly where required, maintained appropriately and checked before use.

Before every ride, please ensure:

• Brakes are checked
• Tyres are checked
• Bolts and fasteners are secure
• Controls are operating correctly
• The bike is in suitable mechanical condition
• Appropriate protective safety equipment is worn
• The vehicle is used responsibly and lawfully

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

🛠️ Warranty Information

Electric vehicles include a 6-month replacement parts warranty.

Warranty covers manufacturing faults only and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or maintenance-related issues.

Warranty exclusions

The following are considered consumable/service items and are not covered against normal wear, misuse or lack of maintenance:

• Chains, belts and split links
• Tyres, tubes and wheels
• Brake components
• Clutches and pull starts
• Fairings and bodywork
• Spark plugs and similar service items
• Other parts of a similar wear-and-tear nature

Customers may be required to provide photographs and/or videos of reported faults and, where appropriate, fit replacement parts themselves.

Local delivery and collection can be selected at checkout.

Some of our stock is held at our distribution centre and may need to be transferred to our Cardiff store before collection or local delivery can take place.
