The BRZ Race Pro 250cc is a serious step into adult-sized petrol dirt bikes, combining a powerful air-cooled 4-stroke engine with a full-size 19” front / 16” rear wheel setup.

Built around a high-strength double-cradle steel frame, manual gearbox, hydraulic disc brakes and front and rear suspension, the Race Pro is designed for riders who want a substantially larger and more capable dirt bike for off-road riding.

With electric and kick start, a 6-litre fuel tank and a top speed of up to 65mph depending on rider weight and terrain, the BRZ Race Pro brings proper adult dirt-bike proportions and performance without moving into the complexity of a competition race machine.

Available in Blue or Neon Green, the Race Pro 250 combines a serious chassis with the styling and equipment you’d expect from a modern adult dirt bike.

🔥 250cc-Class 4-Stroke Engine

At the heart of the BRZ Race Pro is a single-cylinder, 4-stroke, air-cooled engine.

The current specification lists:

12.2HP @ 7,500rpm

and maximum torque of:

17Nm @ 6,000rpm

The engine is air-cooled, keeping the mechanical package relatively straightforward while providing substantially more capacity and performance than the smaller 110cc, 125cc and 140cc pit bikes in the BRZ range.

The Race Pro is designed around an adult-sized chassis, making it a natural progression for riders who have outgrown smaller pit bikes and want something with considerably more presence and performance.

⚙️ Manual Gearbox

The BRZ Race Pro uses a manual transmission, giving the rider direct control over gear selection and engine speed.

• The rider is suitably experienced for a 250cc manual dirt bike
• The bike is checked before every ride
• The vehicle is used responsibly and lawfully
• Permission is obtained from the landowner before riding on private land

🛠️ Warranty Information

Petrol vehicles include a 30-day replacement parts warranty.

The warranty covers manufacturing faults only and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accident damage or maintenance-related issues.

Warranty exclusions include:

• Chains, belts and split links
• Tyres, tubes and wheels
• Brake components
• Clutches and pull starts
• Fairings and bodywork
• Spark plugs and similar service items
• Other parts subject to normal wear and tear

Customers may be required to provide photographs/videos of faults and fit replacement parts themselves where appropriate.

We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, although slight delays can occur during busy periods.
