Ready to move up from an automatic dirt bike?

The BRZ Semi-Automatic 110cc Pit Bike gives young and developing riders a proper introduction to changing gears, without the need to operate a manual clutch.

Powered by a 110cc YX 4-stroke engine with a Mikuni carburettor upgrade, the BRZ combines a 4-speed semi-automatic gearbox, inverted hydraulic front forks, upgraded rear suspension and hydraulic disc brakes.

With 14” front and 12” rear wheels, a 74cm seat height and a 62kg net weight, it’s a serious step up from the smaller 50cc and 70cc bikes in the range.

🔥 110cc YX 4-Stroke Engine

At the heart of the BRZ is a 110cc YX single-cylinder, air-cooled 4-stroke engine.

The engine is paired with an upgraded Mikuni carburettor, with the current CMW specification listing this combination as part of the bike’s setup. 

The 110cc engine gives this bike a substantial performance step over the smaller 50cc and 70cc automatic models.

⚙️ 4-Speed Semi-Automatic Gearbox

One of the biggest advantages of the BRZ 110cc is its 4-speed semi-automatic transmission.

The gearbox uses:

N → 1 → 2 → 3 → 4

There is no clutch lever, meaning the rider can learn to change gears and manage engine speed without having to coordinate a manual clutch at the same time.

It’s an excellent progression for riders who have already gained experience on an automatic dirt bike.

🎛️ Restrictable Throttle

The BRZ features a restrictable throttle, allowing the maximum throttle opening to be reduced.

This can be useful when a rider is first getting used to the larger engine and semi-automatic gearbox.

As their experience develops, the restriction can be adjusted accordingly.

🔑 Electric & Kick Start

The BRZ gives you two starting options:

Electric start
Kick start

The combination gives the rider the convenience of electric starting with a traditional kick-start backup.

The bike also uses a CDI ignition system. 

💥 Inverted Hydraulic Front Forks

Up front, the BRZ uses an inverted hydraulic front fork.

This is a substantial upgrade over the basic suspension found on smaller entry-level dirt bikes.

At the rear, an upgraded rear shock completes the suspension setup.

Together, the front and rear suspension are designed for suitable off-road riding across uneven terrain.

🛑 Hydraulic Disc Brakes

The BRZ 110cc is equipped with hydraulic disc brakes front and rear.

That gives the bike dedicated hydraulic braking at both ends, with the braking system designed around the bike’s larger 14”/12” wheel configuration. 

As always, brakes should be checked before every ride and maintained regularly.

🛞 14”/12” Off-Road Wheels

The BRZ uses a larger 14” front / 12” rear wheel setup.

The chunky off-road tyres give the bike a proper pit-bike stance while providing the ground contact needed for suitable dirt and private-land riding.

The wheels use steel rims.

The BRZ isn’t just about the engine.

All vehicles supplied by CMW Bikes are intended for off-road/private-land use only unless specifically stated otherwise.

These are mechanical petrol vehicles and require routine maintenance, inspection and correct setup.

Please ensure:

• Brakes, chain, tyres, bolts and controls are checked regularly
• Appropriate protective equipment is worn
• The rider is suitably experienced for the vehicle
• A responsible adult supervises younger riders
• The vehicle is used responsibly and lawfully
• Permission is obtained from the landowner before riding on private land

🛠️ Warranty Information

Petrol vehicles include a 30-day replacement parts warranty.

The warranty covers manufacturing faults only and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accident damage or maintenance-related issues.

Warranty exclusions include:

• Chains, belts and split links
• Tyres, tubes and wheels
• Brake components
• Clutches and pull starts
• Fairings and bodywork
• Spark plugs and similar service items
• Other parts subject to normal wear and tear

Customers may be required to provide photographs/videos of faults and fit replacement parts themselves where appropriate.
