Appropriate protective safety equipment is worn at all times

Vehicles are used responsibly and lawfully

Warranty Information

Petrol vehicles include a 30-day replacement parts warranty

Electric vehicles include a 6-month replacement parts warranty

Warranty covers manufacturing faults only and does not cover wear-and-tear or maintenance-related items.

Warranty Exclusions

The following are considered consumable/service items and are not covered against normal wear, misuse or lack of maintenance:

Chains, belts and split links

Tyres, tubes and wheels

Brake components

Clutches and pull starts

Fairings/bodywork

Spark plugs and similar service items

Any other parts of a similar wear and tear nature to those listed above

Customers may be required to provide photographs/videos of faults and fit replacement parts themselves where appropriate. Technical guidance can be provided.

If you have selected the option to have your order fully assembled this may add 1-2 business days to your order at our busier periods. Local delivery/Collection can be selected at check out, some of our stock is stored at our distribution centre which would need to be sent to our store for local delivery/collection to be possible.
